The first place where the raw material entering the factory is processed is the Slaughterhouse. In a total of 1.750 square meters of cutting track, the process takes place with 5 Laying tables, 2 Cutters and our Cutting Team.
Control is provided at every stage. Checks during the unloading of the fabrics from the vehicles, quality control of the unloaded fabrics in the control section are meticulously ensured and reported.
The fabrics that pass the control are processed on the laying tables, the laid fabrics are taken to the cutting section on the convector tables and the cutting process starts. The piece products coming out of the cutting process are metolized in an asorted manner and then the next stage is proceeded.
